Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories, and we can’t provide phytosanitary certifications.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We mainly ship with UPS. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii, or those without live plants, may ship via USPS depending on the destination and contents.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available for Green Thumb Club members:. Your discount is applied automatically when you’re logged in at checkout. Not a member yet? Join for free here.
Do you use heat packs in the winter?
Yes! We monitor weather for every region and include a heat pack when needed. No extra cost, no need to request one. Heads up: We recommend waiting to order tropical plants until your daytime temperatures are consistently above 40°F, keeping in mind
Do you offer cold packs for summer shipping?
We don’t include cold packs with orders. If the forecast for your area shows daytime temps in the high 90s or above, we recommend holding off on placing your order until conditions cool down a bit.
Can I make changes to my order?
Orders can’t be changed once placed — this includes removing, adding, or combining items. If you just need to change the shipping address, we can update that any time before it ships.
Can I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know within 12 hours of placing it. We can also hold orders for up to 2 weeks if that works better for you!
Help, I've shipped my order to the wrong address!

What can I expect when receiving a BWH package?
Your plants are carefully wrapped and packed to prevent movement during shipping. We use biodegradable packing peanuts that dissolve in water or can be composted. A light layer of sphagnum moss helps keep soil in place — remove it once your plant arr
