Can you hold onto my order and ship it later?Updated 9 months ago

Absolutely! We're happy to keep an order from entering the fulfillment process for up to 2 weeks from the order date. Please reach out within 12 hours of placing the order with the specific dates you'll be unavailable. 

Friendly reminder: fulfillment can take 4-7 days and may be extended slightly after big sales or holidays. Once your order enters our fulfillment process, it becomes harder to stop and hold. 

If you think you won't be available for delivery, consider asking a friend or neighbor to collect it for you. If that's not a possibility, please give us a heads-up as soon as possible. If you're local to a UPS Access Point, you may also be able to have your order held there by making changes in your UPS MyChoice Account.
