Help, I've shipped my order to the wrong address!Updated a year ago

If your order has not yet been shipped:

Please reach out ASAP with your order number and the correct address so we can change it before the package is sent out. 

If your order has already been shipped:

Try updating it through your UPS My Choice account using the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email. If you encounter any difficulties with this process, please reach out to us and we will work with UPS to redirect the package. UPS usually charges a fee for this service.
