Yes! We monitor weather for every region and include a heat pack when needed. No extra cost, no need to request one.

Keep in mind, heat packs will deactivate if temps during transit fall below freezing. 

We recommend waiting to order tropical plants until your daytime temperatures are consistently above 40°F, keeping in mind fulfillment can take up to 10 days (or a bit longer after sales or holidays).
