Our team stays on top of the weather for each region and will include heat packs when necessary at no extra cost as part of our Plant People Promise. No need to worry about extra charges or requesting one!

Just a friendly heads-up: We recommend waiting to order tropical plants until your daytime temperatures are consistently above 40°F for the entire 4-10 day delivery timeframe. Heat packs offer limited protection and may not prevent damage in temperatures below this threshold.

Orders shipped to locations with temperatures below 40°F are not covered under our Plant People Promise. This means no reimbursements or replacements will be offered for plants damaged in extreme cold.
