What can I expect when receiving a BWH package?Updated 3 months ago

Your plants will be carefully wrapped and packed to prevent soil and pots from shifting while in transit. We use biodegradable packing peanuts to cushion the plants – these can be disposed of by composting or dissolving in water. Unless stated in the description, all plants will arrive in their grow pot.

We add a small layer of sphagnum moss on top of the dirt to keep the soil moist and in place. Once you’ve received your plant we recommend removing the sphagnum moss. To best allow your plant to acclimate to its new environment, we also recommend it be left in its grow pot for at least 2 weeks before repotting.
