What is the Green Thumb Club?
The Green Thumb Club is our rewards program for plant lovers! Earn points every time you shop and redeem them for store credit. Make sure you’re signed in so every order counts.
How do I earn points?
You earn at least 1 point per $1 spent, plus bonus points for things like writing reviews, referring friends, following us on social, and on your birthday. Your tier boosts how fast you earn from purchases:
How do I redeem points?
Points can be redeemed at checkout or in your loyalty dashboard. Every 100 points = $3 store credit. Redemptions are available in 100-point increments, up to $30 off per order. To apply your redeemed credit, check the box at checkout that says “Apply
Do points expire?
Yes, points expire after 11 months of inactivity. Shopping or redeeming at least once in that time keeps your points active!
Can I use rewards during a sale?
Yes! You can redeem and use your rewards anytime, even during promotions or sitewide sales.
I shop in-store. Can I still earn and redeem points?
Yes — your points work online and in-store.
I redeemed a reward but didn’t use it. Can I get those points back?
Be sure to apply store credit before you hit “Pay Now”—that’s what activates it. If you forgot or changed your mind, we can help return the points to your balance, just give us a shout.
It’s my birthday! Do I get points?
Yes! Green Thumb Club members automatically receive 350 bonus points on their birthday. Every 100 pts = $3 store credit, so this is a free $10.50 to spend as you wish. Points are automatically added on the day of your birth as entered in your account

How do I move up a tier?
More plants! Your tier is based on how much you’ve spent in the past 12 months, starting from the date you joined the program. The more you shop, the more you unlock.
How do referrals work?
Share your unique link with friends: they’ll get a 20% off coupon to use on their first order. They must be a new customer for the referral to count. You’ll earn 300 points (that’s $9 in store credit) 3 days after they order. There’s no cap—refer as
