How can I leave a review for a product I've purchased?

To leave a review, follow these steps on the website version of our site:

1. Sign in to your account using the person icon at the top right
2. Click on any order number and navigate to the plant you'd like to review
3. Scroll down to the reviews section underneath the product info
4. Look for the green 'Write a Review' button

What can I get for leaving a review?

We value your feedback! For each written review, you earn 30 points. If you include photos, you get an additional 30 points, and for a video review, you receive 15 points, with a maximum of 75 points per review. Accumulated points translate into rewards, so don't miss out!

Can I leave a review through the app?

Yes, but the review process with photos or videos is optimized on our website, not the app. For the best experience, please leave your review on the website as the app doesn't support photo or video uploads just yet. Don't worry, we're actively working on fixing this! Your reviews mean the world to us!
