No — we always include only a simple packing slip with no pricing.
How do I include a gift note, gift wrap, etc?
Gift notes can be added when ordering on the website only. Use the “Add a gift note” box in the cart or slide-out cart. If you forgot to add one, email us asap with your order number and message — we’ll try to catch it before it ships.
Do you have gift cards?
We do! E-gift cards are non-expiring and can be used online or at our retail store, Jungle Room. Our gift cards do not expire, have no additional processing fees, and are final sale.
How does the holiday gift card promo work?
Step 1: Purchase a $100 e-gift card before 11:59pm on 12/24 and complete checkout. Step 2: After your purchase, you’ll receive a $20 bonus credit by email. Step 3: Use the $20 credit on a separate order for accessories, pots, decor, apparel, or tools
