What should I do if my order arrived damaged?Updated 3 months ago

Please email our support team at [email protected] with as many details as possible, including clear photos showing the entire plant(s) and any close-ups.

Please don't make any changes or alterations, such as trimming leaves or repotting, before contacting us. Do remove the sphagnum moss, though.

Each situation is unique, and we may ask for more details and photos or suggest giving the plant some time to acclimate and then check its progress. Thank you for working with us.

Keep in mind, you have 14 days to contact us. It's normal for plants to experience some stress, shed leaves, or look a bit droopy after shipping. They may just need water and time to adjust. Care for them as you normally would and be patient!
