Tracking says delivered, but my order isn’t here.Updated 2 hours ago

If your tracking shows delivered but the package isn’t there yet, don’t worry just yet. Here’s what to do:

• Check the delivery photo or note in your tracking link.
• Check around your home (front door, side/back doors, mailbox).
• Check with neighbors or your leasing office.
• Wait 24 hours — most packages show up during this window.

If it’s still missing after 24 hours, please let us know. We’ll send a replacement, or store credit if the item is out of stock.
