Something arrived damaged, what do I do?Updated 6 hours ago

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us clear photos of the entire plant (and any packaging damage) within 14 days of delivery.

Don’t repot, trim, or alter the plant before contacting us—just remove the sphagnum moss. Our team will help troubleshoot and decide if a replacement or store credit applies under our Plant People Promise.

Keep in mind, you have 14 days.. It's normal for plants to experience some stress, shed leaves, or look a bit droopy after shipping. They may just need water and time to adjust. Care for them as you normally would and be patient! We'll be here.
