If you haven’t received tracking yet, your order is still in fulfillment. Fulfillment usually takes up to 10 days (and can be longer after sales or holidays).

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link when your order leaves our greenhouse. Until then, tracking won’t exist — so no need to worry if you don’t see updates yet.
