How do I use my rewards points?Updated 8 months ago

On the App:
With an item in your cart, tap the star icon at the top right. You’ll see your points balance, available rewards, and any unclaimed rewards at the bottom. Just pick the reward you want and click "Apply" at the bottom

On the Website:
Click the green PERKS button at the bottom left and sign in. You’ll see "Ways to Redeem" at the top. Find the reward you’d like to redeem, and copy the coupon code from there.

Important: If your reward is for a free item, make sure it’s in your cart before you apply the coupon or click "redeem." If the code doesn’t apply, don’t worry—your points are safe! Just go back to the rewards section, and you’ll find the coupon code there.

Once a reward is redeemed, it can’t be undone. But no worries—our support team is always here to help. If you need to cancel a redemption and use the points for something else, just reach out to us at [email protected]!
