To redeem your free Plant Surprise, please follow the steps below based on whether you are using the app or website:

On the app:

1. Add the Plant Surprise product to your cart
2. Redeem the reward
   1. In your cart, locate the star rewards badge at the top right corner and tap on it
   2. Select 'Free Plant Surprise' and click on 'Redeem Reward'

If you redeemed the reward on the app without the plant surprise in your cart or while another discount was applied, don't worry! Your reward and points are safe. The points have been converted into a coupon code, which will be emailed to you within a few minutes. Simply add the plant surprise to your cart now and apply the coupon code at checkout.

On the website:

1. Click on the green 'PERKS' button located at the bottom left corner
2. Select 'Ways to Redeem' and choose 'Free Plant Surprise'
3. View the reward details and click on 'Redeem'
4. Click 'Add product to cart'

Important: For the free surprise plant reward coupon to work, the product must be in your cart first.
