Because live plants are perishable, we don’t accept returns or exchanges — it’s already been through one journey in a box.

If something seems off, email us clear photos of the entire plant (and any packaging damage) within 14 days of delivery. Our team will help troubleshoot and decide if a replacement or store credit applies under our Plant People Promise.
