When is the sale happening?

The sale runs from May 6 through May 25.

What’s included in the sale?

Plants are 30% off (some exclusions apply)

Bundles and everything else across the site is 15% off.

What are the exclusions?

Limited quantity plants like Albos, Variegated Billie & Ficus, and Peach Fuzz are not included in the sale. Plant Surprises are also excluded.

Can I edit or combine my order after placing it?

We’re not able to edit, change, or merge orders once they’ve been placed, so definitely give your cart a quick once-over before checking out.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests need to be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll always do our best to help, but cancellations aren’t guaranteed once an order has moved into fulfillment.

Can I place my order on hold?

Hold requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, we can’t guarantee a hold depending on where your order is in the fulfillment process.

Will shipping take longer during the sale?

It might. With the increase in order volume, fulfillment times can be a bit extended. We’re a small team, but we’re working hard to get everything out the door as quickly (and safely) as possible.

When will I get tracking?

You’ll receive tracking info via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received a tracking link, we are still working on your order. We are not able to provide specific shipping dates ahead of time.

What if my plant arrives a little stressed?

Totally normal after a few days in a box. Give it a bit of light, water if needed, and a couple of days to bounce back. Most plants perk up pretty quickly once they settle in. If that isn’t the case, shoot us a message with photos, and we’ll take a look!
