Can I pick up my order from your retail shop in Orlando?

Absolutely! Come pick up your online order from Jungle Room in the College Park neighborhood and skip the shipping.

Is the inventory at Jungle Room the same as what's online?

While there might be some overlap, certain items can only be found online or in-store. The Jungle Room does have a lot of awesome non-plant things to browse that aren't online, so it's definitely worth the trip!

If you're looking for something specific, feel free to call Jungle Room and ask about its availability at the physical location. Alternatively, you can conveniently place your order online and choose local pickup at checkout.

How does the local pickup process work?

Your order will be coming from our greenhouse, and we bring orders to Jungle Room a couple times a week. We'll email you once your order is ready and ask that you swing by within 3 days to grab your order. Feel free to call the store or email us if you need an alternate timeline!

What if I don't pick up my order within 3 days?

If your order isn't picked up within 3 days and no other arrangements have been made, the order will be canceled and refunded with a 15% restocking fee.
