When is the Greener Friday Sale happening?
The sale starts Friday, October 31 at 10AM ET and runs through Sunday, November 16 at 11:59PM ET.
We’re also hosting a launch day livestream at 11AM ET on 10/31—don’t miss it!
What kind of discounts can I expect?
You’ll find deals from 30% to 50% off, automatically applied at checkout. No code needed.
What’s included in the sale?
Discounted collections include:
Plants: 30%, 40%, and 50% off
Potting Mixes: 40% off
All other merch: 30% off

Is the sale available in-store and online?
Yes! You can shop the sale online, in the BWH app, or in-person at the Jungle Room.
Will there be another Black Friday sale later in November?
Nope! This is our only sale for the season—we’re starting early to give cold-weather shoppers more time to get their plants safely delivered.

📦 Shipping & Fulfillment
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders may take more than our usual 5–10 business days to ship due to high volume. Our team is working hard to pack everything with care!
Can I request an ETA for my order?
We’re not able to provide individual ETAs during the sale — thank you for your patience while we work through orders in the order they were received.
What if I won’t be home when my order arrives?
No problem! You can:
Arrange for someone else to receive it
Email us at [email protected] to hold your order for up to 1 week
🛒 Order Info
Can I change or combine my order once it’s placed?
No—all orders are final once submitted. We’re unable to modify, combine, or adjust items after checkout, so please double-check your cart!
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations can be requested within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing [email protected]. After that, we’re unable to cancel, regardless of shipping status.
🚫 Issues & Returns
What if something arrives damaged or I’m not happy with my order?
If there’s an issue with your order, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with photos. We’ll offer store credit or a replacement depending on the situation and availability.
