Q: What’s the Scavenger Hunt?
A: It’s a hidden hunt for rare plants—only on the BWH Plant Co app! Each day, we’ll sneak a few free rare plants into the app. Browse, tap, and if you find one, it’s yours to claim (just pay shipping if applicable).
Q: How many prizes can I claim?
A: Limit one prize per customer during the hunt. If we see multiple attempts to claim freebies across different days, your order(s) may be canceled—so play fair and give everyone a chance to win!
Q: How do I participate?
Download the BWH Plant Co app (if you haven’t already).
Start tapping through pages to hunt down the hidden listings.
If you spot one, act fast—quantities are extremely limited and first come, first served.
Q: What is the guarantee for the prizes?
A: Freebie prizes are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or credits.
📦 Shipping & Fulfillment
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Fulfillment times normally take up to 10 days, but could be slightly delayed due to the high volume of orders. Our small but mighty team is packing each order with care and working hard to get it out the door.
Q: Can I request an estimated time of arrival (ETA)?
A: We ask that you please don’t request ETAs during or after the sale. We’re focused on getting orders shipped as fast as possible and can’t provide individual estimates due to order volume.
Q: What if I won’t be home when my order is delivered?
A: No problem! You can:
- Arrange for someone else to receive it
- Give us a shout and we can hold your order for up to 1 week
🛒 Order Policies
Q: Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
A: All orders are final once placed. We’re unable to modify, combine orders, or change items after checkout—please double-check your cart before hitting “place order.”
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Cancellations can only be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we are unable to cancel, regardless of shipping status.
📦 Issues
Q: What if something arrives damaged or I’m not happy with my order?
A: We’ve got you! Please email us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Depending on the situation and available inventory, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit. Read our Plant People Promise for more.
